INGREDIENTES DE LA SALSA
1 huevo 1 cebolleta
30 g de alcaparras
2 pepinillos en vinagre
Vinagre Aceite virgen
Sal


ELABORACIÓN DE LA SALSA
Para la mahonesa:
En un vaso batidor, colocar el huevo, vinagre y abundante aceite. Bate sin mover la batidora del fondo del vaso. Cuando empiece a emulsionar, mueve de arriba a abajo hasta obtener mahonesa. Pon a punto de sal.

Para la salsa tártara:
Agregar a la mahonesa la cebolleta, las alcaparras y los pepinillos finamente cortados. Mezcla bien.
