 INGREDIENTES DE BUÑUELOS DE HOJALDRE 
1 Masa de Hojaldre   
aceite   
azúcar lustre   
   


 ELABORACIÓN DE BUÑUELOS DE HOJALDRE
Desenrollar la masa de hojaldre y, con ayuda de un cortapastas, formar discos de unos 3 cm. de diámetro.

Freirlos en abundante aceite caliente hasta que se hinchen y estén dorados. Escurrirlos sobre papel absorbente y espolvorearlos con azúcar lustre.

Se pueden rellenar de nata, crema pastelera o chocolate.
